Join Robert Craven of GYDA and our guest speaker Amy Hopper of TOA Group for an online workshop where they will discuss: The Team is Dead: Why Individuality is the Future of the Workplace.
Most leadership training programs focus on improving “teamwork,” but teams are made up of individuals. This workshop challenges the outdated notion of “team first” and instead argues for empowering individuals within teams. It explores how recognising and leveraging individual strengths, quirks, and needs can create more effective collaboration, engagement, and productivity.

Bringing together Digital Agency Leaders and Agency Growth Experts, GYDA Summit is a one-day interactive conference for Digital Agency Leaders.
GYDA Summit combines keynotes, short TED-Talk-style presentations, deep-dive exercises and peer-learning activities.
