In this question, the question is, is it very, very, very, very, very best time to invest in your agency? Is this the time that you should be investing heavily in your agency? That is my question.

So there is a rhythm, a real sense of a rhythm, a cycle that happens in economics, which goes crash shop, hammer blow. Then there's the downturn, the shock wave and the recession, then there's the hangover as we try and recover. And then there's the growth and rebound piece to piece where we actually come back together again, and stuff starts happening again, here, look at this, this is looking at a period up to the end of q1 2021. So it goes up to a couple of months ago. And this is how the piece goes. And this is for the whole of Europe. And this is looking at the growth cycle, and how our growth is growing or not growing. So there we have, we have the.com crash, we have the banking crash now known as the Great Recession. And we have as you can see the COVID crash, and after each one, you can see there's this downturn, that kind of happens every time and you can see the COVID one happening there. So just a bit of explanation. Here we have what's kind of the kind of this false hope which kind of came up and went back down again. But let's just have a look at what this how this actually pans out. Those of you who remember it 1999. Fantastic year tonnes of growth, boom, won't crash down, everything goes down, it all comes. And then we have this fantastic growth period, right? Yeah. And then boom, banking crash back down, we come. And then hey, we had this this rise, this lift going up, you know, getting better and better, up to COVID. And then COVID crash. And then Stan become, of course, the next bit is this bit here, which is the intriguing bit here. Why is it going to go? And the answer is it's going to go up. This is where we are exactly where we are right now. Why is this important? You need to be able to ride this this economic way because this economic wave is about to happen. But you need to jump on it before everyone else jumps on it. Because there will be people jumping on it, you want to have that first mover advantage, and you really need to prosper in the next three or four years, you need to fill your pockets. And the reason you need to fill your pockets is because there's going to be an economic crash in I don't know 25-26.

Probably a shorter, more condensed period than the last time to get to the crash. And it'll be payback time for the stimulus that government did for the stimulus that big businesses did. That's gonna be the time and they're gonna be probably a bigger crash because there won't be furlough there won't be bounced back load is going to go down. So this is the window of opportunity right now after the crash shot hammer blow. And before the growth rebound, now is the time to get in there. While the labour market slightly uncertain while businesses haven't totally picked up, and you can see look, I mean, it just goes to the other one to seven first first wave, second wave. Wave this is what we're in now. 22 I don't know 25-26. That's where the crash is going to happen. And if you recall 3019 That great period, we have Google ads with the rise of Facebook, Bitcoin, Uber, Instagram, WhatsApp, Pinterest, Aleksa we work stripe. So this is the time it is in the in the rebound where all the benefit happens. So you need to invest now so that you're there for when that rebound comes, concerns. Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. So is this the very best time to invest in your agency to write you need to invest big time now if you haven't invested you may be too late. You want to be there and ready for when the growth picks up. Now, if not yesterday, if not the day before, it's the time to invest in your agency.
