Pick Up The Blinking Phone!

It is as simple as that. We are in a meltdown situation. No-one knows how safe or secure their business is.... clients are closing stores or trying to work from home. FDs are insisting on cost cuts to survive the next few months. HR Directors are being asked to decide who should be made redundant first. Budgets are being frozen, invoices are being left unpaid. (Many agencies are in the same boat.)

So you need to speak to your clients and find out what is going on for them. You need to be clear about how (and if!!!) you can help them today... and tomorrow. Without an open and honest conversation, you will not know where you stand.

You might not like what you hear but it is better to know what you are dealing with than to hide your head in the sand.
